Psychotherapy: Individual, Group, & Family
Maggie offers individual, group, and family therapy services, in a private practice setting.
Treatment focuses on holistic healing of the mind, body, & spirit; and integrates both Eastern & Western therapeutic philosophies. Maggie understands that eating disorders are complex illnesses, which require specialized expertise & therapeutic approaches to support your recovery goals.
Individual Therapy

My goal is to help you improve the relationship you have with food, your body, and yourself. With the right tools and support, you can learn to live a recovered life.
My therapeutic style is creative, compassionate, and skillful. I incorporate several evidence-based modalities into sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Group Therapy

Weekly Groups include:
Open Process Group for Eating Disorder Recovery
DBT Skills for Binge Eating
Weekly Support Group for Young Adults
Eating disorder treatment is enhanced when an individual engages in groups and individual therapy, simultaneously.
In your weekly therapy group, you will feel connected to a community of people who understand what you are going through.
Family Therapy

Building connection is an important part of recovery, particularly within one's family - biological and/or chosen.
Clients in my practice who are engaged in weekly individual sessions are eligible for family work.
Family sessions will support your individual recovery goals, while improving your relationships with others.
