Recommendations, Resources, & Referrals
As a social worker, I strongly believe in promoting access to resources for all human beings. Everyone should have equal opportunity to access information that will improve their wellbeing- physical, psychological, social, and spiritual. This is crucial to the wellbeing of humanity as a whole.
On this page you will find an accumulation of books, articles, community agencies, and other medias that will serve as a pathway to accessing information that will lead you to the appropriate Resources, Recommendations, & Referrals.
As you explore these resources, my hope is that you will feel empowered to get curious about what is out there, and how you might integrate it to improve your life!
